About Us   Products   Projects   Career Opportunity   Contact Us     Career Opportunity     Career Opportunity   In line with our dynamic growth and ongoing expansion, we are seeking dynamic individuals who are willing to take up challenge towards exellence to join us in the following positions:       Position : Project Manager / Senior Project Managers (based in KL project site)   Requirements : -  Relevant qualification in Engineering -  Experience & proven track record as Project Manager -  Previous work experience in Aluminium & Glazing or Main Contractor is     preferred. -  Plan and Monitor work progress at site -  Manage site project team of engineers and supervisors -  Manage subcontractors working on different work package -  Monitor progress of the works as per agreed schedule -  Liaise with Client and Consultant -  Report progress as per project requirements   Position : Contract Manager Requirements : -  Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Project Management or its       equivalent -  Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity -  Familiar with construction laws -  Good analytical skills, negotiation skills and good sense of judgment -  Able to administer contractual matters for pre, ongoing and post-   construction works -  Experience in construction litigation, contract drafting and vetting including    preparing and evaluating contractual claims is preferred   Position : Design Engineer Requirements : -  Degree or Diploma in Building Construction Engineering or equivalent -  Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in design engineering -  Experience in Aluminium cladding and glazing or steel structure is    preferred -  Strong interpersonal communication skill -  Computer literate with knowledge of AutoCAD   Position : Draftsman / Draftswomen Requirements : -  Minimum SPM -  Minimum 2 years working experience -  Certificate in AutoCAD or equivalent   Position : Production Planner Requirements : -  Degree / Diploma in any discipline -  Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in production related field -  Responsible for production planning and scheduling works -  Able to co-ordinate at supervisor level -  Computer literate   Position : Accounts Clerk Requirements : -  Minimum SPM / LCCI intermediate or higher -  Relevant working experience in accounts related field -  Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and UBS    Accounting System -  Chinese preferred   Interested candidates are invited to write in, fax or email to the below address:     JEPSUM ALUMINIUM (KL) SDN BHD Lot 2-14, Jalan Perindustrian Mahkota 5,Taman Perindustrian Mahkota,43700 Beranang Semenyih,Selangor.   Tel: 03-8723 9333 / Fax: 03-8723 3339   Email : jiki@jepsum.com.my   (Ms.Jiki - HR Manager)
